Imagine a world without roads, a Hauraki Gulf island paradise that you could own.

About Kawau Island

Kawau Island is a truly unique island, both environmentally and socially, with a rich and colourful past. There are no main roads on the island, and most properties are accessed by boat, jetty & tracks.

For those looking for a place that’s completely removed from the fast paced life of the world, Kawau Island is an exquisite natural environment, where the main security risk is the Weka’s stealing your lunch off the picnic table & the loudest noise is the birdcall.
